Cara Mittleman Kelly has been appointed co-managing shareholder of the Austin office alongside Karen M. Kennard. The Austin office houses over 40 attorneys providing legal counsel in areas such as e-commerce, education, energy, healthcare, insurance, private equity, real estate, retail, and technology.
