The Board of Directors of Asahi Kasei adopted a resolution for a change in the company’s representative directors on February 7, 2019.

Primary Executive Officer, Shigeki Takayama, will assume the role of Vice-Presidential Executive Officer as of April 1, 2019, and in June 2019 his full title will change to Representative Director & Vice-Presidential Executive Officer, Asahi Kasei Corp. Representative Director, Vice Presidential Executive Officer, Masafumi Nakao, will change his title to that of Representative Director in early April, and he will assume the title of corporate auditor after the general meeting of shareholders in June 2019. The change is made in accordance with a change in the management configuration.
